Your files are safe with us.

Data Encryption

All communication between your browser and Zappy Tools servers is protected using HTTPS (TLS encryption). This means your files are encrypted in transit — from the moment you upload them to the moment you download your result.

We do not use unencrypted connections. Any attempt to access our platform over HTTP is automatically redirected to HTTPS.

File Processing & Deletion

When you upload a file to Zappy Tools:

• It is sent securely to our server over an encrypted connection
• It is processed to perform the requested operation only
• The output file is made available for you to download
• Both the input and output files are permanently deleted immediately after processing
• No backup or archive copy is ever made

We never access, read, index, analyse or review the content of your files. Our team has no visibility into what you upload.

No AI Training on Your Files

Zappy Tools does not use any file you upload to train, fine-tune, improve or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models — whether our own or any third-party model.

Your documents are processed mechanically to perform the requested task and nothing more.

Infrastructure Security

Zappy Tools is hosted on a secure VPS infrastructure with the following protections in place:

• SSL/TLS certificates enforced across all domains and subdomains
• Firewall and DDoS protection at the network level via Cloudflare
• Regular server updates and security patches applied promptly
• Access to server infrastructure restricted to authorised personnel only
• Monitoring for unusual traffic patterns or abuse

What Data We Do Collect

Since no account is required, we collect very little. The minimal data we do collect includes:

• Anonymised usage analytics — pages visited, tool usage frequency, browser and device type (via Google Analytics, with IP anonymisation enabled)
• Contact form data — name and email only when you voluntarily submit a message to us
• Feedback form data — tool ratings and comments submitted through our feedback page

We do not collect payment information, personal identification, or any data that could be used to identify you without your consent. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Zappy Tools securely:

• Hostinger — VPS hosting with SSD storage and server-level firewalls
• Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection and traffic filtering
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics (no file content, no personal data)

None of these providers receive your uploaded files or personal documents.

If you discover a security vulnerability in Zappy Tools, we ask that you report it to us responsibly before making it public. Please email us at founder@zappy.tools with the details of the issue.

We take all security reports seriously and will respond promptly. We appreciate the security community's help in keeping our platform safe.
