Your files are safe with us.

1Data encryption

All communication between your browser and Zappy Tools is protected with HTTPS (TLS encryption). Your files are encrypted in transit, from the moment you upload them to the moment you download your result.

We do not use unencrypted connections. Any attempt to reach the site over HTTP is automatically redirected to HTTPS.

2File processing and deletion

Tools that say they run in your browser process your file entirely on your device, so it is never uploaded. For tools that use our server:

1. Your file is sent to our server over an encrypted connection
2. It is processed to perform the tool you chose, and nothing else
3. The result is made available for you to download
4. Both the original and the result are deleted automatically within 1 hour
5. No backup or archive copy is ever made

We never access, read, index, analyze or review the content of your files.

3No AI training on your files

Zappy Tools does not use any file you upload to train, fine-tune, improve or develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models, whether our own or anyone else’s.

Your documents are processed mechanically to do the task you asked for, and nothing more.

4Infrastructure security

Zappy Tools runs on a secured virtual private server with these protections in place:

• SSL/TLS certificates enforced on every domain and subdomain
• Server-level firewall rules
• Regular server updates and security patches
• Server access restricted to authorized personnel only
• Monitoring for unusual traffic and abuse

5What data we do collect

Since no account is required, we collect very little:

• Usage analytics — pages visited, tool usage, browser and device type, through Google Analytics
• Advertising cookies — set by Google AdSense to show and measure ads (see our Cookie Policy)
• Contact form data — name and email, only when you send us a message
• Feedback form data — tool ratings and comments you choose to send

We do not collect payment information. For full details, read our Privacy Policy.

6Third-party services

We use these third-party services to run Zappy Tools:

• Hostinger — VPS hosting
• Google Analytics — website analytics
• Google AdSense — advertising

None of these providers receive your uploaded files or documents.

7Responsible disclosure

If you find a security vulnerability in Zappy Tools, please report it to us privately before making it public. Email founder@zappy.tools with the details.

We take every report seriously and will respond promptly. Thank you for helping keep the platform safe.
