Short answer: not reliably, and here's why it's worth knowing.
Once a watermark is applied it becomes part of the page, mixed in with the real text and images. There's no separate layer to peel off. Tools that promise free watermark removal either fail outright or leave a smeared patch where the mark used to be — and on a document you don't own, removing it can be a copyright problem as well as a technical one.
Two things. If the mark was added as a PDF annotation rather than page content, a PDF editor can delete it as an object — worth checking first. Otherwise, if the document is yours, re-export a clean PDF from the original file. That's always cleaner than trying to undo a watermark after the fact.

Fair question. Here's the honest version.

If the watermark was added as a PDF annotation rather than page content, a PDF editor can delete it as an object. And if you still have the source file, exporting a fresh PDF is always cleaner than trying to undo one. Removing a watermark from a document you don't own may also be a copyright problem, so check before you try.
Both are one tap. The text mode has presets for CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, SAMPLE, DO NOT COPY, TOP SECRET and FOR REVIEW, or you can type anything you like. Diagonal at 45 degrees and around 30 percent opacity is the combination most people expect for these — readable enough to be unmistakable, faint enough to read the document through.
Yes, all three. Opacity runs from 5 to 100 percent on a slider, the angle can be horizontal, vertical or diagonal in either direction, and position is a nine-point grid covering each corner, each edge and the centre. You can also choose the font, the size and the colour, including a custom colour picker.
Yes. Switch to the signature tab and draw your signature with a mouse, trackpad or finger — signing with a finger on a phone works well. You can set the ink colour and the size, then place it where you want on the page. It's a signature image on the document, not a cryptographic e-signature, so for anything legally binding use a service built for that.
Yes. Switch from All pages to Specific pages and enter the ones you want — commas for individual pages and a hyphen for a range, so 1, 3, 5-8 works. This is useful when only the body of a report needs marking and the cover should stay clean.
No. The watermarking runs entirely in your browser using PDF-lib, so your document stays on your device the whole time. You can check this yourself: load the page, turn on Airplane Mode, and it still works. There's no file on our end to store, scan or accidentally expose — which matters, because the documents people watermark tend to be the confidential ones.
