Signed — your PDF has downloaded
Nothing was uploaded. The signature is now part of the page, so it can't be moved or copied out by whoever opens the file.

No account. No trial. No watermark. No "upgrade to download" after you have already signed.
Use whichever looks most like you. All three stay on your device.
Sign with your finger on a phone, an Apple Pencil on iPad, or a mouse or trackpad on a computer. Smooth strokes, black or blue ink.
Type your name and it is set in a handwriting-style font. Quick and tidy when you are signing on a laptop without a touchscreen.
Sign on white paper, snap a photo and upload it. The paper is removed automatically, so only the ink lands on the PDF.
Three steps, no account, and the file never touches a server.
Drop the PDF in or pick it from your files. Every page shows up, ready to sign.
Draw it, type it or upload a photo, then tap where it goes. Drag to move, pull the corner to resize.
One click and the signed copy saves to your device, with no watermark.
Anything that arrives as a PDF with a line that says "sign here."
One page or a two-hundred-page contract. No daily limit, no counter, no paid tier.
Fair question. Here's the honest version.
Add your PDF, tap Signature and draw, type or upload your signature. Then tap the page where it goes, drag it into place and click Download signed PDF. There is no account, no watermark and no limit, and because everything runs in your browser the document never leaves your device.
In the United States, electronic signatures are generally as valid as ink under the federal ESIGN Act and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act, which almost every state has adopted. Leases, contracts, offer letters and most business forms can be signed this way. A few documents — wills, some court filings, certain real estate and notarized papers — still need ink or a specific process, so check if you are unsure.
An electronic signature is your signature placed on the document, which is what this tool creates. A digital signature is a certificate-based stamp that cryptographically locks the file and proves who signed it; some government portals and regulated industries require one, usually through a paid provider or a smart card. If a form specifically asks for a certificate-based digital signature, this is not that.
Open this page in Safari, tap the upload area and pick the PDF from Files, Mail or iCloud Drive. Tap Signature and sign with your finger, then tap the page where it goes. When you download, the signed PDF opens so you can save it to Files or share it. Nothing to install.
Yes. Initials works like the signature, with its own drawing so it can sit on every page. Date drops in today's date as MM/DD/YYYY, and Text adds a box you can type into — handy for a printed name, a title or a quick answer on a form. Tap any of them to edit, move or delete. You can also keep up to five different signatures — handy when two people sign the same document on one device, like a tenant and a landlord.
Yes. Every page of the PDF is shown, so you can place your signature or initials on as many pages as you need. Tap Signature again and tap the next page, or select a placed signature and use Add to all pages to put it in the same spot on every page. Choose pages does the same for just the pages you type, like 2, 4-6.
No. The PDF opens, is signed and is saved entirely inside your browser, so leases, contracts and medical forms never reach a server. You can check: load the page, turn on Airplane Mode and it still works. There is no copy on our side to store or leak.
If the file is password-protected or locked against editing, it has to be unlocked first — use Unlock PDF with the password you already have, then sign the unlocked copy here. Very large scans may also be slow on older phones; Compress PDF can shrink them first.
Same rules on every one: free, no sign up, no watermark.

Sign on plain white paper and take a photo. The white background is removed for you.
