1. About Zappy Tools

Zappy Tools is a free online platform providing PDF and image processing tools at zappy.tools. By accessing or using any tool on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time — continued use of Zappy Tools after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

We reserve the right to block access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

3. Your Files & Content

Ownership

You retain full ownership of all files you upload to Zappy Tools. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Processing & Deletion

Files uploaded to Zappy Tools are:

• Processed solely to perform the requested tool operation
• Never accessed, read, reviewed or indexed by our team
• Automatically and permanently deleted immediately after the output file is generated
• Never shared with third parties
• Never used to train, improve or develop any AI or machine learning model

Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the file or have the necessary rights to process it
• The file does not contain illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Processing the file does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law

Zappy Tools accepts no liability for the content of files uploaded by users.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Zappy Tools platform — including its design, code, tools, logo, brand name and content — are owned by or licensed to Zappy Tools. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights over our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our prior written consent.

If you become aware of any infringement of our intellectual property rights, please notify us at founder@zappy.tools.

5. Liability & Disclaimer

Zappy Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The tools will be available at all times or function without interruption
• The output files will meet your specific requirements in all cases
• The platform is free from errors, bugs or security vulnerabilities

Since Zappy Tools is a free service, we shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our tools, except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part.
