1About Zappy Tools

Zappy Tools is a free online platform providing PDF and image tools at zappy.tools. By accessing or using any tool on our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Zappy Tools after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2Use of services

Zappy Tools grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our tools for personal or professional purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree to use our services in good faith and only for lawful purposes. The following are not allowed:

• Using bots, scrapers or scripts to access our tools faster than normal human use
• Trying to reverse engineer, decompile or extract the source code of our tools

• Uploading malware, viruses, trojans or any malicious code

• Using our tools to create or spread deepfakes or AI-generated content meant to deceive or defraud

We may block access to our services at any time if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken.

3Your files and content

Ownership

You keep full ownership of every file you upload. We do not claim any rights over your content.

Processing and deletion

Tools that run in your browser never upload your file. Files sent to our server are:

• Processed only to perform the tool you chose
• Never accessed, read, reviewed or indexed by our team
• Deleted automatically within 1 hour
• Never shared with third parties
• Never used to train or improve any AI or machine learning model

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for the files you upload. By uploading a file, you confirm that:

• You own the file or have the rights needed to process it
• The file does not contain illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Processing the file does not break any third-party rights or applicable law

Zappy Tools accepts no liability for the content of files uploaded by users.

4Advertising

Zappy Tools is free because it shows ads served by Google AdSense. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for the content of ads or the websites they link to. How advertising cookies work is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

5Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in the Zappy Tools platform, including its design, code, tools, logo, brand name and content, are owned by or licensed to Zappy Tools. Nothing in these terms gives you any rights over our intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of our platform without our written permission.

6Liability and disclaimer

Zappy Tools is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The tools will be available at all times or work without interruption
• The output files will meet your specific requirements in every case
• The platform is free from errors, bugs or security vulnerabilities

Because Zappy Tools is a free service, we are not liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our tools, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on our part.

7Third-party links

8Security and prohibited attacks
